About me

I’m Sarah, a fertility, maternal & family specialist dietitian. I would love to work with you to help achieve your goals! Please get in touch and book a discovery call to find out more.

So, what actually is a dietitian & what do they do?

A dietitian studies the complexities of the human body with regards to physiology and disease, with a focus on nutrition to provide practical and individualised dietary advice. Dietitians work alongside other healthcare professionals in a variety of settings to ensure appropriate and holistic care. Dietitians must register with the HCPC to practice and are the only nutrition professionals trained to provide dietary advice for medical conditions.

A little about me:

I graduated in 2019 with a First Class (Hons) degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey. I am experienced in providing dietetic assessments for both paediatric and adult patients across a variety of conditions. I am able to utilise the knowledge and experience gained from my career working in the NHS to advise my clients and achieve their goals. My main area of speciality and true passion is fertility and pregnancy nutrition. However, I am well versed in helping with many conditions - see my services page for more information. If you are interested in a consultation but have a few questions first, please book a free 20 minute discovery call. We can discuss your aims and objectives, and how I will be able to support you in achieving them.

I look forward to speaking to you soon!
